Receiving an order
When you receive your order, please carefully inspect the goods and make sure they are free of defects. Check the completeness of the package and make sure that there is an instruction manual and sales receipt. After that, sign the documents on the order receipt if it was delivered by courier.
If you find hidden defects after purchase, within 7 calendar days, contact the service center or contact an employee of the online store TeplEko at phone 8-800-333-0535. Experts will diagnose the equipment. In the presence of manufacturing defects, the product will be exchanged for a new one for free. After replacement, make sure that the received model has no defects.
Having made a purchase in the store TeplEko or online, you can return the unused product within 7 calendar days after purchase. Returns are possible only if the product’s appearance, packaging complete, and preserved consumer properties of the product, the equipment or accessory has not been used, and there is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase.
The return of goods of proper quality is made based on a written request, drawn up in the free form on your behalf. It must state:
- Full name of the company (when paying from a legal entity).
- Your full name and passport data.
- Full name of the product with article number.
- The reason for returning the product.
- The date of return of the product.
- The amount to be returned.
- Your signature.
