The trademark right is protected by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The company TeplEko the owner of the trademark has the exclusive right to use and dispose of the trademark “TeplEko”, as well as prohibit its use by others. No one may use the trademark protected in the Russian Federation without the permission of TeplEko. An infringement of the trademark owner’s rights is recognized as the unauthorized manufacture, use, import, offer for sale, sale, or other introduction into economic circulation or storage for this purpose of a trademark or goods marked with that trademark, designation similar to it to the extent of confusion, about similar goods.
